At Bikrri SBM, we supply surplus, overstock, clearance, and liquidation construction materials at highly discounted prices. Because of the nature of these products, our Return & Exchange Policy is unique and must be read carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Overview

All products sold on Bikrri SBM are brand-new surplus materials sourced from verified sellers. These may include old batches, overproduction, excess stock, or unused items from projects.

For this reason, all sales are final, and no return or exchange is allowed once delivery is accepted — except in cases of damage or wrong product received.

1. No Refund / No Exchange (Standard Policy)

Bikrri SBM follows a strict No Refund – No Exchange policy for all surplus items.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Wrong purchase decision

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Shade, colour or design preference after receiving the product

  • Quality expectations when product matches the listing

  • Material rejected by mason / contractor

  • Items partially used or installed

  • Natural variations in tiles, stone, wood or laminate shades

Once delivery is accepted or signed for, the order is considered closed and cannot be reversed.

2. When Returns ARE Accepted (Damage / Wrong Item Only)

A return or replacement can be claimed ONLY if:

✔ The item is damaged, broken or cracked during delivery,

OR
✔ The product received is completely different from what was ordered.

To approve the claim, the customer must provide:

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A continuous, unedited video showing:

  • The package before opening

  • The entire unwrapping process

  • The damaged / wrong item clearly

Claim Time Limit

All damage/wrong-item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

📌 If the video proof or 24-hour timeline is missing, the claim will not be accepted.

3. Delivery Acceptance

When the customer taps “Accept Delivery” or signs the delivery note:

  • The order is marked complete

  • Payment is released to the seller

  • The product becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Please check items carefully before confirming delivery.

4. Reverse Pickup (For Approved Claims Only)

If your claim is approved after verification:

  • Bikrri SBM will arrange free pickup of the returned material

  • Refund or replacement will be processed after the seller receives the goods back

If a claim is not approved:

  • Reverse pickup (if requested) will be charged to the customer

FAQs

Is surplus material brand new?

Yes, all items are unused but may come from old batches, project leftovers, wholesalers, or distributor stock.

Can I return material because the colour or shade does not match?

Surplus stock is non-returnable for shade/design mismatches.

What if my contractor rejects the material?

Rejection by contractor or mason is not an eligible return reason.

Can I exchange after opening the product?

Only if damaged/wrong item and supported with an unboxing video.
